There is a $299 (for up to 10 days to process) upfront estopple fee payable to The General Ledger (NOT Solimar Hoa) (Rush service, up to 3 days is $418)

Please mail the estoppel request with the $250 check to The General Ledger (NOT Solimar Hoa)

It usually a week turnaround based on all of the information that we have to gather from various parties.

We have an umbrella HOA – Boca del Mar, which all owners are also members of. Assessment is approximately $165 annually

The estoppel letter from Solimar must mention the other association,

Boca del Mar, and include their contact information.

Please contact them directly to determine whether an estoppel letter is required from them as well.
